A imagem e a comunicação do tempo histórico
Abstract
: Produced in a pandemic moment, this article aims to discuss the dialogue of two photographic groups that address two pandemics: Spanish flu and Covid-19. The text supports the view of professor Ciro Marcondes Filho about the communicational happening in order to think of photography as another way of communicate, detached from the traditional and predictable conception of communication and more integrated and open to others and to the possibilities. Other authors who debate photography are part of the references of this analysis as well, such as Vilém Flusser, Boris Kossoy, Mauricio Lissovsky, Georges Didi-Huberman, so as those who debate the notion of happening, such as Gilles Deleuze, François Dosse and Maurizio Lazzarato.
