On February 20, 2025, the Federal Government announced the suspension of new subsidized loan contracts under the 2024/25 Plano Safra, triggering immediate reactions from agribusiness stakeholders. This paper analyzes the communication strategies adopted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, the agency responsible for mediating between the government and agricultural sector actors, in response to the funding suspension. The Ministry's digital communication channels were examined using Content Analysis methodology. The findings show that the news framing strategies reflect the influence of the mediatization process on institutional actions, and that the interplay between visibility and invisibility demonstrates the agency's recognition and appropriation of media dynamics.
