Transversality and narrativity politics

tensionings from cartography to the scriptures in the Communication

Abstract

Considering some contributions from cartography as a method, this article proposes to problematize the scientific standards of scripture in the Communication field. In this way, we part from the post-structuralist approach concerning the investigation processes, such as the enunciation modes and the researchers’ affections in the relations created during the investigation. Furthermore, we take the transversality concept and the clue of the narrativity politics in cartography. Among this discussion, we also include reflections from authors working in the Communication field, which point out the limits implied in the scientific standards of scripture and underline gaps that still need to be studied.
